When should I take my children to see a podiatrist?
Some children suffer foot ailments and development problems and if they are identified early, many conditions can be successfully treated. These young development years for children's feet will directly effect their strength and mobility in later years. Below are common reasons why your child would benefit from seeing a podiatrist:
If your child is complaining of foot or leg pain
A family history of foot and leg pain
If you notice any abnormal walking or running patterns
Abnormal skin or nails
Uneven shoe wear
